I have lived in the Placer County Area for more than 25 years and am a dedicated and full time agent. I have been active in Real Estate for many years and am involved in philanthropic activities and numerous social endeavors within my community.

With more than 35 years in sales, my expertise is in negotiations. I have what it takes to help clients achieve their real estate goals! In 2021, I earned my RCS-D Real Estate Collaboration Specialist-Divorce designation and have become a resource to assist people throughout all states of divorcing. DURING divorce is the best time to prevent real estate triggered potential problems. It’s crucial to prevent damaged credit, foreclosure or even bankruptcy from joint mortgage debt or undiscovered liens from joint title that cannot be fixed AFTER divorce.
